SYNOPSIS
Rodgers & Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA

"The Prince is giving a ball—and your whole family is going to have one!” cheered USA Today when Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella aired on television. Now, the magic of this enchanting fairy tale comes to life in a spectacular stage fantasy filled with timeless characters, irresistible romance and the unforgettable songs of Rodgers and Hammerstein—all brought together with a kind of dazzling stagecraft made possible only by a stellar international Broadway team.

Starring internationally-acclaimed Tony Award winner Lea Salonga and an international Broadway cast, and directed by veteran Bobby Garcia (Disney’s Beauty & The Beast, The King & I), Asian audiences will be the first in the world to enjoy this spectacular production before it plays on Broadway.

Expect a night of glitz in a lavish production – the costumes are designed by renowned Italian couturier to royalty Renato Balestra who has dressed celebrities the likes of Princess Diana; while Tony Award winner David Gallo provides the set design.

Rodger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella is produced by Broadway Asia Entertainment, an international production company headquartered in New York, which has presented over hundreds of Broadway Musicals including 42nd Street and Hairspray worldwide.

This timeless tale of romance is given a contemporary, humourous spin under the gifted hands of award-winning writer/director Mark Waldrop (Bette Midler's Divine Miss Millennium Tour).
